Charlotte Fresenius Privatuniversität is an academic institution in Vienna. It is accredited by the Agentur für Qualitätssicherung und Akkreditierung Austria (AQ Austria) and state-recognized by the Ministry.
Our study programs are also accredited. The following programs and start dates are already accredited or in accreditation:
Since April of 2023: Business Administration (B.A.), and Business Psychology (B.Sc.)
Since October of 2023: Business Administration (M.Sc.)

We see ourselves as a sustainable private university. That is why the subject of sustainability is fully integrated into all parts of the curriculum. At the same time, a sustainability-oriented organizational culture of diversity and equality is equally important to us.
To emphasize this claim and present our measures transparently, we strive for certification in the area of sustainability.

EMAS
The „Eco-Management and Audit Scheme“ (EMAS for short) is an operational environmental management system of the EU in which organizations and companies can participate voluntarily. In order to participate in EMAS, an environmental statement must be drafted and validated by an auditor. We will prepare the environmental statement once our foundation has been completed.
PRME
PRME stands for “Principles for Responsible Management Education” and is an initiative of the UN Global Compact. Participating educational institutions commit to providing their pupils and students with the necessary skills to reconcile business and sustainable goals. At the same time, attention is to be drawn to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Charlotte Fresenius Privatuniversität is part of the Carl Remigius Fresenius Education Group, which also includes Hochschule Fresenius and Charlotte Fresenius Hochschule in Germany.
We therefore rely on the established quality management system of the Carl Remigius Fresenius Education Group, which is certified in accordance with DIN ISO 9001. This enables us to ensure the quality of our programs and processes through continuous monitoring and optimization.
The quality management system of Charlotte Fresenius Privatuniversität will also be certified according to DIN ISO 9001.
