Then the Sustainable Real Estate Management study program (B.Sc., currently being accredited) is just right for you! Please note: The bachelor’s program can only be studied in German and is not available in English.
The bachelor’s program in Sustainable Real Estate Management offers a practical and interdisciplinary education. As a result, you will be ideally equipped for the world of real estate management, where a wide range of career opportunities awaits you.
In the Sustainable Real Estate Management bachelor’s program, you will learn to recognize and simplify processes, and to critically question them in terms of sustainability. The bachelor’s program in Sustainable Real Estate Management qualifies you to begin a master’s program. At Charlotte Fresenius Privatuniversität, you can go on to do a master’s program in Sustainability Management & Leadership (M.Sc.).
In the Sustainable Real Estate Management (B.Sc.) study program, you will learn how to promote the sustainable management of the real estate industry. In addition to business management skills, you will acquire legal knowledge and further your interdisciplinary education.
The bachelor’s program in Sustainable Real Estate Management in Vienna consists of six semesters. At the start of your studies, you will learn the basics of real estate management, human resources, and business administration in compulsory modules. You will also gain essential knowledge in the fields of building physics, cost optimization and intercultural skills. You will take interdisciplinary courses and share ideas with students from other study programs. Business English modules are also integrated into your studies, so that you can prepare yourself for the international market in the long term.
Since the study program focuses on sustainability, you will also take courses on digitalization, sustainable value creation, and sustainable construction and planning.
This study program is currently undergoing the accreditation process for the planned start in the winter semester of 2024. Changes to the content are subject to accreditation by AQ Austria.
